Maryknoll School offers need-based financial aid to families who qualify.
Maryknoll uses School and Student Services (SSS) by NAIS to help determine eligibility. Recommendations made by SSS are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee and may be adjusted accordingly. The family’s total income and assets, the number of children attending tuition charging schools, housing costs, medical expenses, debt obligations, and other special circumstances are also considered.
It is important to keep in mind that while we try to assist as many qualified students as possible, financing a private school education remains the primary responsibility of the family. Maryknoll requires both parents (whether divorced, separated or never married) to complete the financial aid process.
Families of returning students must reapply each year for financial assistance.
In order for returning students to receive financial aid, they must have demonstrated a commitment to academics and co-curricular activities and participated positively in the school community. A returning student’s family who is in arrears with its financial obligation to the school will be ineligible to receive aid until the balance is resolved; this may jeopardize the possibility of receiving aid the following year.
Note: Current families of students who have re-enrolled on-time and meet the February 24, 2022 Financial Aid deadline will receive their Financial Aid award letters in early May.
Decision letters will be sent out via hard-copy mail and email.
Families of newly-admitted students (grades K-5) & that meet the February 24 Financial Aid deadline will receive decision letters in early May.
Families of newly-admitted students (grades 6-12) that meet the February 24 Financial Aid deadline will receive decision letters by mid-April.
